Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at Outspan Concrete Structures Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, store, update, and retrieve financial data, and maintain payroll records.
- Clerical Duties: Perform tasks such as maintaining filing systems, preparing monthly statements, and completing and submitting documentation for administration of benefits.
- Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans, and compile statistics and reports.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Windows, and accounting software.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral and written communication, organized, and reliable.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan and healthcare plan.
- Other Benefits: Parking available and a permanent position.
Language: English
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
