Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling industrial supplies and equipment to customers, providing technical support and guidance, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates for industrial supplies and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve product and service-related problems.
  • Technical Support: Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements, conduct sales transactions, and troubleshoot problems related to equipment.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build relationships with key customers and partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or business.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales forecasting software and MS Office.
