Restaurant Business Leader Job Description at Winghouse 19 Inc.

Winghouse 19 Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Business Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality customer service, and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality customer experience.
  • Manage cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost products and services to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best prices.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and direct employees.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
