Job Description

The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Presenting menus, making recommendations, and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
  • Ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an asset, but not required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Food and Beverage Server Training or equivalent experience.
  • ProServe program certification.
