The Ideal CandidateTo succeed as a Senior Project Lead, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to motivate and manage a team of managers and other staff;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting tools;
- Knowledge of contract law and negotiation techniques;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software;
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan.
