About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the deployment of AI modules into production environments and collaborate with algorithm engineers to optimize the modules' power consumption and memory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI Module Deployment: Lead the deployment of AI modules into production environments, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
  • Optimization Collaboration: Work closely with algorithm engineers to optimize AI modules for power consumption and memory usage, ensuring the best performance across various platforms.
  • Engineering Implementation: Support the engineering implementation of AI algorithms, including development using C/C++, DSP platform porting, and performance optimization.
  • Neural Network Optimization: Deploy and optimize neural network (NN) models on NPU or CPU platforms, focusing on maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Testing: Conduct testing and validation of AI modules and NN models to guarantee performance standards are met in production environments.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for AI modules, including deployment processes, optimization strategies, and system integration guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years experience in C/C++ development, DSP platform porting, and optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ai Frameworks and Tools: Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools, AI algorithms and neural network models.
  • NPU and CPU-based NN Model Deployment: Experience with NPU and CPU-based NN model deployment and optimization.
  • Power Consumption and Memory Optimization: Understanding of power consumption and memory optimization techniques.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing AI performance in production environments.
  • Experience in Voice AI: Experience in voice AI or related fields.
