Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, walking.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), physically demanding work environment.
