We are seeking a qualified and caring Full-Time Home Child Care Provider to join our team at JIAYING GONG. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children in a home-based setting.
Job SummaryThis is a permanent full-time position, with an estimated salary of $45,000-$55,000 per year. As a Home Child Care Provider, you will be working 40 hours per week, caring for infants and children in a safe and healthy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Caring for the physical and emotional needs of children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and toilet training;
- Providing a stimulating and engaging environment through activities such as games, outings, and educational programs;
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for children;
- Establishing routines and schedules to ensure consistency and structure;
- Maintaining a clean and organized home environment;
- Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers to share information and concerns;
- Meeting the child's individual needs and adapting to their changing requirements.
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience;
- A minimum of one year of experience in childcare, preferably in a home-based setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Able to lift and carry children safely;
- First aid and CPR certification;
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
The successful candidate will be required to work from the employer's home, which is a non-smoking and scent-free environment. The home is equipped with all necessary amenities and equipment to provide high-quality care.
