Product Development Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Project Manager to join our dedicated team at Soucy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects across various sectors, including agriculture, industry, and recreation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the product development project lifecycle, from initial submission to production launch, ensuring adherence to our Product Development Process (PDP).

- Create and maintain project schedules, proactively addressing unforeseen events and constraints to meet critical deadlines.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Facilitate multi-departmental meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed.
- Develop and implement solutions to project challenges, driving continuous improvement.
- Present project progress reports to our Executive Committee, providing actionable insights.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during development projects, ensuring seamless communication.
