Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at CRUSADERS CARGO CARRIERS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and productivity.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Training and Development: Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Work Co-ordination and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure it is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Operational Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.
