First Student is a leading provider of school transportation services, operating in 460 locations across the US and Canada. We work with school districts to provide safe, reliable, and cost-effective transportation for five million students per school day.

Job Description:

As a School Bus Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school. You will be responsible for:

  • Operating a school bus in a safe and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service to students and parents
  • Conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
  • Assisting students with boarding and exiting the bus

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Undergo and pass a Ministry prescribed medical examination and background checks
