We are seeking a skilled and experienced 421A Heavy-Duty Mechanic to join our team at Transparent Search Group in Hamilton, ON. As a key member of our Client team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Accurately document all repairs and maintenance performed
  • Communicate with clients and team members to ensure timely and effective completion of projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions on time
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Valid 421A Heavy Duty Mechanic license
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with heavy equipment
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
