We are seeking a highly motivated Creative Strategist to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group Ltd.


Job Summary


The Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies to strengthen OpenRoad's internal and external communications.


This role involves creating landing pages, print & online advertising, interactive videos, augmented reality assets, POP materials, video editing, and more.


Main Responsibilities



  • Develop creative multimedia solutions to achieve marketing success
  • Design and develop creative guidelines, proposals, and presentations to support OpenRoad's new initiatives and business development
  • Present creative proposals to OpenRoad stakeholders
  • Improve creative workflow within the marketing department, between OpenRoad stakeholders, and between third-party agencies
  • Collect production quotations and coordinate with third-party agencies to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Collaborate with the marketing department, OpenRoad stakeholders, and third-party agencies to produce advertising and marketing materials
  • Adhere to OEM standards, coop guidelines, and OpenRoad brand guidelines
  • Maintain effective working relationships with various OpenRoad departments, dealerships, and managers
  • Foster a culture of safety and report any accidents or incidents to the Manager

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will require:


A design certificate or at least 3 years' design experience in design or marketing agencies


Working knowledge of CSS and HTML


Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects


Solid experience in commercial advertising design in a retail environment


Strong abilities in design and technology


Ability to transform concepts into inspiring designs


Automotive retail experience preferred


Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong ability to set priorities in order to meet tight deadlines


Ability to work independently with minimal direction


What We Offer


OpenRoad Auto Group offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
