Brand Manager Job Description

Capital Automotive Group Inc./ DBA Capital Automall is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand marketing plans to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of brand management experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) with the ability to serve as a backup designer.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position located at our corporate headquarters. The role requires occasional travel to our business units for meetings, training, and brand audits.
