We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Park Place Seniors Living. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and act on knowledge that ensures good health practice, environmental sustainability practices, and use of approved clinical technologies of treatment relevant to area of employment.
  • Demonstrate competent gerontological nursing practice in accordance with professional standards and established park place policies procedures and clinical guidelines.
  • Provide clinical leadership guidance and direction on clinical tasks to other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Act as a role model by demonstrating leadership skills abilities professionalism empathy trust and respect in all interpersonal relationships.

Requirements:

">
  • Baccalaureate of Nursing or post basic course in Gerontology or two years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem Solving: Applies problem-solving process demonstrating critical thinking and decision-making skills with systems analysis.
