Job Description

The Opportunity:

As an Environmental Planning Project Manager at WSP, you'll have the chance to oversee exciting environmental impact assessment and permitting projects across various sectors, including nuclear, renewable energy, transmission, transportation, infrastructure, mining, and oil and gas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage environmental impact assessment and permitting projects from initiation to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in environmental planning and permitting
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
