About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Portofino Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products meet our established standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to exacting standards, using a variety of ingredients and equipment.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operate machinery efficiently and effectively to meet production demands.
  • Pack goods to be shipped with care and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues.
