Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at HK Sidhu Accounting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts
    • Record and reconcile financial transactions
  • Financial Statement Preparation
    • Prepare trial balance and financial statements
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • Accounting Support
    • Assist with financial analysis and budgeting
    • Perform financial calculations and data entry
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week
