Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Expert Electrical Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Research and select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods for our products.
  • Schedule Distribution: Plan and coordinate the distribution of goods to our customers and partners.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct quality checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping: Accurately record and track inventory levels, shipments, and other logistics-related data.
  • Route Goods: Ensure that goods are properly routed to their designated storage areas.
  • Unpack and Inspect Goods: Unpack and inspect goods received to ensure they are in good condition.
  • Affix Shipping Information: Attach shipping labels and instructions to outgoing shipments.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to ensure safe and efficient handling.
