Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Language Arts Early Learning. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. This will involve leading activities, encouraging creativity, and guiding children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the overall development of children
  • Lead activities that foster creativity, socialization, and learning
  • Guide children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or guardians
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and community service providers
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Criminal record check and immunization records
  • Availability for the advertised start date
  • Legally able to work in Canada
  • Previous experience in the field of early childhood education
