Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the maintenance of accurate inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash and maintain a secure environment for customers and employees.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week
What We Offer
