Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring seamless food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a smooth food service experience.
  • Keep records of food quantities used to maintain inventory and optimize food preparation.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
