Searchlabs is a dynamic General Contractor looking for a skilled Construction Health Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our health and safety program, conducting site visits, and collaborating with management to ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities, including documentation, training, and audits.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, provide guidance to field workers, and identify potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to ensure their safety needs are met.

We are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and experience in construction operations. Knowledge of COR2020 program guidelines, audit principles, and ability to access own vehicle are also essential.

Candidates must possess the following credentials: successful completion of the COR2020 Training Program, experience in construction operations, and certification in Joint Health and Safety Committee Part 1 & 2.
