As a top motor coach manufacturer, we are looking for a skilled mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing operational issues with our motor coaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Radiators, water pumps, and coolant hoses to ensure optimal engine temperature regulation
  • Alternators, regulators, gauges, lights (both interior and exterior), and electric motors to maintain electrical integrity and functionality
  • Steering components and hoses, suspension parts, and perform wheel alignments to ensure smooth and safe operation
  • Brake drums and shoes to ensure efficient braking performance
  • Liquid and air filters for clean and efficient engine operation
  • Wheel bearings and seals to ensure reliable and safe wheel function
  • Door assemblies and controls for smooth entry and exit
  • Pneumatic valves and control cables and linkages for proper air flow and control
  • Body-applied parts both exterior and interior to maintain the coach's aesthetic and structural integrity
  • HVAC system to provide comfort to passengers
  • Diagnose and repair water leaks to protect against damage

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • 3 – 5 years of related experience considered an asset
  • Education or hands-on experience in a related field an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on details to ensure quality is maintained at all times
  • Good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity, along with the ability to use hand, air & power tools
  • Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems individually or as a team member and implement effective solutions
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a high volume and multiple demand environment
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • BASIC computer skills to sign off work completed
