Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare wills, real estate transactions, and other legal documents
  • Handle probate and certify the validity of a will
  • Provide estate planning services, including valuator specialization and trust administration
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions
Requirements
  • Membership in the Canadian Bar Association
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in civil litigation and estate planning
  • Hybrid work environment with 35 hours per week
  • Dental plan, health care plan, and Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP)
