Job Summary

Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is seeking a skilled Snow Removal Specialist to join our team in Mississauga East. As a Snow Removal Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently clearing and de-icing commercial, institutional, and industrial properties in the west Mississauga and Milton area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor (Kubota/snowrator preferred) to clear snow and ice from sidewalks and other areas.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure timely and effective snow removal services.
  • Follow detailed route maps to ensure all areas are cleared and de-iced.
  • Work evening to late night shifts, extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Be available 24/7 to respond to weather events and operational requirements.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience operating a tractor (Kubota/snowrator preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience plowing or salting sidewalks.
  • Cellphone with data required for communication and navigation.
  • Full Ontario G license preferred.
