Job Summary
CANADIAN ADDICTION TREATMENT CENTERS is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our pharmacy department, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who can bring their expertise and leadership skills to this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • • Providing exceptional patient care by ensuring accurate and efficient preparation of prescriptions and maintaining a patient-focused environment
    • Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists and support staff to achieve high standards of performance and patient satisfaction
    • Collaborating with CATC physicians and clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care and encourage patient acquisition and retention
    • Implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain safe and effective medication procurement, inventory management, security, and protection of controlled substances

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
  • • A Part A pharmacist registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
    • CAMH Opioid Dependence Treatment Certification or expected
    • Experience using Kroll Pharmacy Software an asset
    • Previous management experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a bonus pay structure and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
