Residential Property Management Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic Edmonton, AB team as a Leasing Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with residents, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Resident Ambassador: Address concerns, resolve issues, and maintain resident satisfaction.
- Leasing Champion: Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents, proactively monitor vacancies, and achieve leasing targets.
- Operations Guru: Collect payments, inspect properties, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests.
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and property management software.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
- Valid driver's license, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation.
