Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in Nova Scotia, Canada. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth and revenue.




  • Develop responses to detailed requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Plan, organize, and direct all elements of an RFP response
  • Prepare high-impact proposals, presentations, and other communications
  • Work closely with key business development leaders to coordinate strategic client-facing events
  • Grow our brand position by partnering with our Promotions and Public Relations specialists
  • Support client development and account management efforts


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience developing responses to detailed requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and web-based interfaces
  • A post-secondary education in marketing, communications, journalism, English, business, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in A/E/C industry as a marketing professional
