Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions, building trust and loyalty with every engagement.
  • Aware of and taking responsibility for your department's strengths, identifying commercial opportunities, and acting on them to drive business growth.

Fashion Trend Awareness

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers to stay ahead of the curve.

Team Development

  • Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, upskilling & developing your team in-store, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Complete performance evaluations and succession planning to support business & team needs, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Responsible for the team's planning & scheduling, optimizing workflows to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store are followed, maintaining a compliant and organized work environment.

Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution

  • Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house including stockroom areas, setting the tone for an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure high-fashion quality, visual, and commercial product presentation, with good garment care, showcasing our brand's aesthetic.
  • Secure a strong balance and the maintenance of price signs in-store and throughout the sales floor/store following guidelines according to global and local strategies & sales market/regional requirements.
  • Demonstrate achievement-oriented behavior, motivated by performance and competition to deliver truly customer-centric results.

We Offer

  • An estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
