Job Title: Full-time Pizza Maker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full-time Pizza Maker to join our team at Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office. As a Full-time Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread and pizza products, ensuring the store is always ready with available products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce quality bread and pizza products following standard fabricating and finishing procedures.
  • Be responsible for the full preparation and stocking of the Bread and Pizza department.
  • Effectively prepare pizzas and breads according to Company standards for food preparation and appearance.
  • Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Respond to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times.
  • Be responsible for the opening and/or closing functions of the department.
  • Assist the department manager in the training and direction of part-time staff.
  • Ensure the maintenance of equipment and the safety and sanitation of the production and back room areas, as per Company Policy.
  • Maintain the department in the absence of the department manager.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Able to move up to 50lbs and in constant mobility for an entire shift.
  • The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of three (3) years food preparation experience.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
