As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
The successful candidate will have experience in financial record-keeping, preparing cheques, and maintaining general ledgers.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Fixed Assets and Depreciation: Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, providing valuable insights into our company's financial health.
- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including various accounts and ledgers.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical and financial reports, providing key metrics and insights to support business decisions.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and trial balances, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of our financial records.
This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and market rates.
