About the Role

This Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for executing all aspects of the sales process, including preparing estimates, communicating with customers on order status, and maintaining an attractive retail environment. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A college diploma or equivalent level of education.
  • At least three years of experience in retail or inside sales with excellent customer service experience.
  • A proven record of consistently hitting/exceeding sales targets or quotas.
  • The ability to perform cold calls to secure new business.
  • Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues.
  • Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects.
  • Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate math skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits

As a Visual Communications Specialist at FASTSIGNS #530201, you can expect:

  • Salary: A competitive salary ranging from $46,000.00 to $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Bonus: Up to 15% of the annual salary, with 50% based on monthly overall sales for the company and 50% based on individual performance.
