The JA Program Manager: Company Program and Camps is responsible for planning and executing the JA Company Program and JA Camp StartUp throughout southwestern Ontario.

Main Responsibilities
  • Company Program Management: Recruit, register, and schedule students, schools, and teachers for in-school and after-school JA Company Programs. Match volunteers with programs as appropriate and serve as a liaison between volunteers and other program stakeholders.
  • Summer Camp Management: Plan and coordinate JA summer camps. Support the hiring, onboarding, training, support, and supervision of seasonal camp staff and volunteers.
  • Volunteer Management: Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Requirements
  • Education/Experience: Relevant post-secondary education and/or experience required. Experience in educational program management preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with customer relationship management systems considered an asset.
  • Additional Requirements: Current driver's license and access to a vehicle. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

This full-time position requires a commitment to providing exceptional learning experiences for young people.
