We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

We operate under various brands, including Savers (in the U.S.), 2nd Ave (in the U.S.), Value Village (in the U.S. and Canada), Unique (in the U.S.), Village des Valeurs (in Quebec), and Savers Australia.
About the Role
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will create an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members. You will be part of a dynamic team that values uniqueness, diversity, and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Process donations efficiently and effectively, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store display.
