Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Condor Security Inc.

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide leadership and guidance to security personnel.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a security leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and coordinating security personnel.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
