We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Supervisor to join our team at Lawtons. As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacies and providing exceptional patient care.

• Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
• Develop and implement pharmacy programs and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and a consistent pharmacy experience across locations.
• Manage the selection, onboarding, training, and development of pharmacy staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, procedures, and standards.

• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
