As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessment, treatment, and service coordination for individuals with complex mental health and substance use issues.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, treatment, and service coordination for individuals with complex mental health and substance use issues
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and support to clients and families on mental health and substance use issues
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Masters degree from an accredited educational institution in an Allied Health, Behavioural, or Social Science field relevant to the position
  • Two years' recent related experience in an alcohol and drug treatment environment or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Current valid B.C. driver's license
