Key Responsibilities
  • Use a lead-based system to greet, qualify, recommend, and close with customers
  • Follow all CDC and local mandates while working with customers, prioritizing safety for both employees and clients
  • Accurately complete, send, and file product and service order forms according to our privacy and confidentiality guidelines
  • Evaluate current onboarding and training procedures to improve customer relationships and solidify the sales cycle
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Pride in achievements, embracing challenges, and a sense of humor
  • Belief in making a positive impact through individual efforts or team participation in charity events
