Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to join our finance team at Hercules SLR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect payments from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payments
- Maintain credit hold lists and communicate with branch managers
- Provide updates on customer data in our system
- Follow up on payment dates and resolve any outstanding issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
Requirements
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary Accounting Certificate/Diploma considered an asset
- Excellent data entry skills and basic accounting knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with ERP's and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
