Job Title: Roofing and Siding Specialist


About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Roofer and Waterproofer to join our team at BMW ROOFING & SIDING 2000 INC. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing and replacing roofing materials on various projects.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings.
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools.


Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the trade.
  • Physically demanding work environment requiring bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work at heights.


What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
