Key Duties:

  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • BUILD A NETWORK OF PROMOTERS IN THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY TO DRIVE GROWTH.
  • SUPPORT IN-STORE MERCHANDISING TO SHOWCASE PRODUCTS AND DRIVE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE.
  • Evaluate and improve back of house operations to ensure seamless execution of product recipes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Provide support to colleagues during absences or sickness.
  • OPTIMIZE ORDERING PROCESSES FOR EFFICIENCY AND COST-EFFECTIVENESS.
  • Maintain high standards of Health, Safety, and Food Handling Practices.
  • ENSURE THE STORE REMAINS WELL-MERCHANDISED AND CLEAN.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Food Retail Management (min. 1 year).
  • Previous experience as a Barista (min. 1 year).
  • Strong understanding of Smart Serve Certification (an asset).
  • Familiarity with Retail operations.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Availability for full-time hours.
