About the Role

POM Plumbing Inc is seeking a skilled Water Softener Installer to join our team. As a Water Softener Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining water softening systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions with clients.
  • Installation Planning: Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for water softening systems.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate invoices and work orders.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines for installations, and prepare necessary work materials and supplies.
  • Equipment Handling: Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, and supervise other workers as needed.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations.
  • Site Preparation: Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as required.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
