About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cake Artisan to join our team at Baskin Robbins. As a Cake Artisan, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Prepare special orders
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
  • Draw up production schedules
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

Work Environment:
