Job Title: Hotel Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Regent Hotel.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the hotel's standards
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
  • 32 to 40 hours per week
