We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Junior Project Manager/Project Engineer in our construction business. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced project managers and superintendents to manage small construction projects in the industrial environment.

About Your Responsibilities:

As a Junior Project Manager/Project Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

* Project managing contracts between $50,000 and $1 million
* Working with an assigned construction supervisor to direct, plan, and monitor resources for project completion
* Monitoring quotations for engineering and manufacturing lead times for proposals
* Conducting regular project review meetings to follow contract performance status
* Developing strategies for project margin improvement through order changes and reduction in costs

About Your Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Alternatively, you may have 2-3 years of experience as an on-site project manager. Your skills and qualifications should include:

* Familiarity with Primavera scheduling tools or a willingness to learn
* Basic familiarity with boilers and steam generating equipment or keen willingness to learn
* Ability to work according to our customers' schedules, including weekends and after hours
* Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
