This position provides opportunities for development, including obtaining your mutual fund representative licence, which will enable you to progress in your role and expand your responsibilities. By performing mutual fund transactions, you'll be able to offer tailored solutions to Personal and Small Business clients, meeting their transaction, investment, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance, and estate planning needs.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Listening to clients' needs and resolving complex situations
  • Giving advice and offering appropriate solutions
  • SUPPORTING CLIENTS THROUGH THE MORTGAGE RENEWAL OR RENEGOTIATION PROCESS
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and engagement
  • Referencing clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs
  • Maintaining adherence to compliance and risk management rules

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • A mutual fund representative licence (MFR) – obtainable within three months of hiring
