Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Manager for IT Services to lead our EUC team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the high availability of our end user computing systems and resolving issues in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, robust customer service skills, and experience working in a team environment. They will also be able to proactively look for ways to improve processes and document new procedures as they evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a geographically diverse EUC team supporting a 24/7/365 team environment
  • Ensure team documentation is maintained and kept up-to-date
  • Regularly review tickets to ensure issue tickets are created, updated, and documented with clear and concise details and resolution
  • Manage SLAs in accordance with the demands of the business to ensure high quality and timely service is provided
  • Regularly review team performance against SLAs and assist with performance optimization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years Helpdesk analyst experience
  • 3-4 years of experience with Windows and MAC administration
  • 3-4 years of experience with standard trouble ticketing systems
  • 3-4 years of experience directly supporting a large/diverse customer base
