About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage stock levels, order merchandise, and authorize returns to ensure efficient inventory control.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform future business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
