Senior AI Programmer

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Programmer to join our team at Behaviour Interactive Inc. and contribute to the development of our AAA project using Unreal5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced AI algorithms and systems to enhance game modes and provide challenges to players.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze feature specifications and provide AI-specific perspectives and enhancements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AI system issues, implementing effective solutions to maintain optimal performance and quality.
- Develop and test AI features, particularly focusing on enemy behaviors, perception, and world AI.
- Ensure high-quality systems and features that meet design and technical requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AI programming within the gaming industry, with at least 2 years of experience in AI programming and 5 years of experience in programming.
- Proficiency in programming languages, especially C++, with a deep understanding of AI frameworks and libraries.
- Experience working in a multiplayer game.
